Ⅰ. Application area of electrical equipment cleaning agent


Clean the oil and impurities of various electrical equipment such as electric motor, electric generators, solenoid valve, automatic control switch, electric tool, spark plug, terminal strip, distribution cabinet, high-voltage porcelain bottle, etc. It can be used with electricity, spray cleaning, soaking, scrubbing, and ultrasonic.

Ⅲ. Application method of electrical equipment cleaning agent


1. 450m canned cleaning method: align the parts to be cleaned, directly press the nozzle and spray directly. A red extension pipe can also be inserted at the nozzle for spray washing.


2. 20 liters barrel cleaning method: first, ensure no moisture in the cleaning equipment.


3. Immersion method: soak the motor equipment, motor rotor, machines, tools, and parts to be cleaned directly in the container of electrical equipment cleaning agent, take them out after 1-3 minutes, and dry them naturally. Since the lubricating grease is cleaned simultaneously, be sure to reapply the lubricating grease at the parts to be lubricated before starting the equipment.


4. Spray method: when the spray method is adopted, for a wet environment or high-pressure cleaning, first cut off the power supply, spray the mechanical and electrical equipment to be cleaned to remove the heavy iron powder, dust, thread ends, and other sundries on the equipment surface. Then insert the liquid spraying straw into the electrical equipment cleaning agent for spraying. Wash and air dry naturally. After the parts to be lubricated are re-coated with lubricating grease, the equipment can be powered on.


5. Scrubbing method: The parts can be removed and scrubbed with a cloth for electromechanical equipment and appliances that do not need to be cleaned by immersion method and spray method.


Ⅳ. Precautions for using an electrical equipment cleaning agent


1. Avoid the electrical equipment cleaning agent from contacting the skin for a long time, and pay attention to protection during operation.


2. Keep a good ventilation environment on-site during use.


3. A small amount of leakage can be washed with a mop, and a large amount of leakage can be absorbed with sand.
